Volunteer
Everyone has something to offer.
Volunteers play a vital role in helping individuals and families move forward in recovery. Your time, energy, and care can make a lasting difference.
Gifts of Time
There’s no one way to support recovery. Just the one that’s right for you. Whether you’re looking to lend a hand, lift someone’s spirits, or share your voice, here are a few ways to get started.

Host a Conversation
Invite us to speak with your group—whether it’s a church, book club, workplace, or community circle. These conversations help spread awareness, reduce stigma, and open the door for new connections.

Send Encouragement
Letters, handmade items, or small tokens of care help remind women in recovery they’re not alone. Groups have organized card drives or sent welcome bundles—these simple gestures are deeply meaningful.

Support a Community Project
Gather a few friends or coworkers to help with a specific effort—like preparing hygiene kits, handing out supplies, or funding items from our Amazon wishlist. Every gesture makes a difference.

Become a Helping Hand
Some volunteers assist behind the scenes—organizing donations, helping at events, or coordinating drives. Let us know your interest, and we’ll find a way to match it to a current need.

Share What You Know
Whether it’s yoga, budgeting, healthy cooking, resume help, or another life skill—volunteers who share their time and talents with women in our recovery housing can have a lasting impact.

Bring Your Own Idea
If you have a way you’d like to help—big or small—we’d love to hear it. Some of our most meaningful contributions have come from volunteers who saw a need and stepped in with their own solution.
