Mobile Recovery Support
Our Mobile Recovery Support Team brings peer support, resources, and connection across the region. By meeting people where they are, we offer supplies, conversation, and opportunities to learn about pathways to treatment within their own communities.

The ROSC Model Behind Our Mobile Recovery Support
Our Mobile Recovery Initiative is rooted in a framework known as Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC). This approach brings together a coordinated network of community-based services and supports. It is person-centered and built on the strengths and resilience of individuals, families, and communities.

Key Components:

-
Person-Centered Care: Services are tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each person seeking recovery.
-
Strength-Based: Focuses on the inherent strengths of individuals, families, and communities.
-
Integrated Services: Connects people to a network of health, social, and legal supports.
-
Community-Based: Involves local communities in providing ongoing support and resources.
-
Continuum of Care: Offers services that range from prevention to long-term recovery support.
-
Peer Support: Includes individuals with lived experience who offer encouragement and guidance.
-
Holistic Approach: Addresses every part of a person’s well-being, including physical, mental, emotional, and social health.
This approach enhances the quality of life for people recovering from substance use disorder (SUD) and promotes the strength and well-being of the entire community. Through our Mobile Recovery work, we are dedicated to bringing these integrated recovery solutions to the heart of our communities, ensuring that everyone has access to the resources and support they need for a successful recovery journey.
