James Phillips brings both heart and strategy to his role as executive director, guiding Seed Sower’s growth from a four-bed vision to a regionwide recovery network. A veteran, advocate, and community builder, Phillips is committed to helping individuals and families rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.

Jessica Dawn Ennis brings lived experience and heart to her work as a Peer Recovery Coach, with a passion for helping others reclaim their lives. A mother of three and a person in long-term recovery, she is pursuing additional certification to one day serve as a counselor in both substance use and mental health.

Justin Rogers leads with lived experience and purpose, directing The Well and Beckley-based recovery programs that meet people where they are. A passionate advocate, mentor, and fitness enthusiast, he’s helping shape a stronger recovery community in the place he proudly calls home.

Stephanie Wilkes leads with compassion and strength as Program Director of Seed Sower Manor, drawing on her own decade in recovery to guide others. From daily operations to personal encouragement, she ensures residents feel supported, seen, and never alone on their journey.

Ana Fagan coordinates transportation by connecting individuals with compassionate drivers, ensuring each ride supports the recovery journey. With a talent for using technology to streamline routes and schedules, she helps keep everything moving smoothly and reliably.

​Mike Bone, our Outreach and Community Engagement Specialist, is passionate about recovery and understands the profound potential in meeting people where they are. He works tirelessly to enhance the initiatives of local organizations, ensuring that our communities receive the vital support they need. 

Ashely Tigert keeps our office running smoothly by managing daily operations, supporting staff, and those we serve. We are grateful for her attention to detail and ensuring everything stays organized and efficient.
